Rugby World Cup 2023 Public Viewing on Sunday, September 10 at Prince Chichibu Memorial Rugby Stadium! Let’s cheer during the Japan-Chile match together!
It has been four years since the Rugby World Cup 2019™ was held, which moved the whole of Japan. The Rugby World Cup 2023 in France will finally be held. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) will hold a spectator event at the Prince Chichibu Memorial Rugby Stadium in order to recall the excitement of four years ago and share the excitement even more. We look forward to seeing you there!

- 5-minute walk from Gaiemmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line
- 15-minute walk from Sendagaya Station on the JR Sobu Line
- 10-minute walk from Aoyama-itchome Station on the Toei Oedo Line

Watching the Japan-Chili match (Venue: Stadium Toulouse, France) on a large screen! Talk show with guests such as former Japanese national team players, etc.

From 10:00 on Monday, July 24, 2023 to 17:00 on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will no longer be accepted once capacity is reached.
(3)Precautions
- Only one application per person will be accepted. You can apply for up to 5 accompanying people (total of 6 people). Duplicate applications are not allowed.
- The event may be canceled or changed due to weather or other circumstances.
- If you are a wheelchair user or are hearing impaired, please indicate so in the space provided on the application form. The wheelchair area is near the back bleachers. Space in the wheelchair area is limited, so we may be unable to meet your request. For the hearing-impaired, SoundUD (device to transcribe live events) will be provided on the main stand.
- There may be media coverage and photography on the day of the event. We would appreciate your understanding in advance.
- In addition, please carefully read the precautions, etc. on the website before applying.

As part of the TMG’s goal to promote sports and revitalize local communities through rugby with three teams (Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo, Suntory Sungoliath Tokyo, and RICOH Black Rams Tokyo) and the Tokyo Rugby Football Union, we have signed a business partnership agreement in 2021. We are collaborating on projects such as pre-season matches and rugby experience sessions.
