Awards Ceremony for ‘1st Tokyo Hamura Super Sprint Triathlon’ Held

Governor Koike attended the awards ceremony for the “1st Tokyo Hamura Super Sprint Triathlon,” held at S&D Sports Park Fujimi in Hamura, western Tokyo, on August 30.

The governor stated, “A truly wonderful triathlon took place here in the green city of Hamura. Participants ran through lush greenery, cycled, and swam in the Tama River alongside ayu fish. Congratulations to all the award winners. Moving forward, I hope you will keep on running in various parts of Japan and, above all, do your best in triathlons here in Hamura, in the Tama region.”
