2023 Tokyo Networking Night with the Islamic Missions
On Tuesday, April 18, Governor Koike attended the 2023 Tokyo Networking Night with the Islamic Missions.
In her remarks, the governor expressed great pleasure in welcoming guests back again this year. She then explained, “The Tokyo government is promoting Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo, or SusHi Tech Tokyo for short. This initiative aims to generate ideas and technologies to overcome challenges that the world’s cities share, and to send this information out into the world. In February, we held City-Tech.Tokyo, an international event to accelerate innovation, as well as the G-NETS Leaders Summit, an international conference that gathered 34 cities from around the world to discuss solutions to urban challenges. Under the banner of SusHi Tech Tokyo, City-Tech.Tokyo and G-NETS will be held again next year in May in the Tokyo Bay Area. I hope your cities’ mayors and governors will join us in Tokyo.”
