Results of Surveys on Tokyo Residents’ Involvement in Sports Activities (Quick Report)
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) is pleased to announce the release of a quick report of the results of the Survey on Tokyo Residents’ Involvement in Sports Activities (conducted in November 2024) and the Survey on the Awareness of Individuals with Impairments about Sports Activities (conducted in November 2024).
The results of both surveys will be analyzed together with other survey items and will be published around the end of March.

・Survey subjects: Individuals aged 18 or older residing in Tokyo
・Survey period/Number of responses: November 15 - December 9, 2024 / 1,138 samples
・Survey method: Mail (with online response)
・Main survey items: Awareness of the Deaflympics, feeling of happiness, sports participation rate of Tokyo residents
〇Survey on the Awareness of Individuals with Impairments about Sports Activities
・Survey subjects: People with impairments themselves living in Tokyo, or family members of persons with impairments living together in Tokyo (aged 7 or older)
・Survey period/Number of responses: November 15 - December 1, 2024 / 3,059 samples
・Survey method/Main survey items: Online response /Sports participation rate of people with disabilities
