The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) recently opened the "Tokyo Employment Service Desk for Evacuees from Ukraine,” a one-stop job consultation service bringing together Ukrainian evacuees who wish to work with small and medium-sized enterprises in Tokyo that are considering hiring international workers. We provide detailed support for the evacuees' activities in Tokyo based on their requests. Please utilize this service.

- Assistance with job searches at the Tokyo Labor Bureau in cooperation with the government is given, and more
*Consultation in Ukrainian and other multilingual languages (using a voice translator if necessary) is also available.
Small- and medium-sized enterprises in Tokyo that are considering hiring Ukrainian evacuees
- Experts in the field of foreign human resources recruitment provide a wide range of consultation services and accompanying support for recruitment and success in the workplace.
- Various types of support, including seminars on how to recruit foreign personnel, are introduced.
- Useful information, including advice on preparing job submissions to the Labor Bureau, is provided, and more.

TMG supports social firms that hire evacuees from Ukraine
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) provides new support to Tokyo Metropolis-certified social firms in their efforts to hire Ukrainian refugees, to promote the employment of these displaced people.

Service Target and Details
Support for social firms certified by the TMG
- Information necessary for the employment of Ukrainian refugees and others is provided at the Social Firm Support Center.
- A wide range of consultation and other services related to recruitment is provided in cooperation with the Tokyo Foreigner Recruitment Navi Center.
- Expenses necessary for hiring Ukrainian evacuees and others are added to the subsidy target.
(For example, employment expenses for employment support staff (interpreters), tuition for Japanese language school for evacuees)
