The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture), and the Talents Tokyo Organizing Committee will hold Talents Tokyo 2026, a talent and project development program for emerging Asian filmmakers, in November. We are pleased to announce the alumni selected to attend the Locarno Film Festival through the newly launched Meetup Support Program 2026.

The Meetup Support Program provides opportunities for Talents Tokyo alumni to attend international film festivals and project markets, expand their professional networks, and advance their in-development projects. In 2026, the program will provide opportunities for alumni to attend the Locarno Film Festival and the Berlin International Film Festival.
