Live Address by Governor Koike Yuriko on the Opening of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games
On Tuesday 24 August, the day of the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) will broadcast a live message from Governor KOIKE introducing the charms of Paralympic Sports, expressing her deep gratitude on behalf of the City of Tokyo to the nations of the world and the people of Japan for their support and cooperation during preparations for the Games, and Tokyo’s determination to ensure that the Games are successful.
