“e-Business Concierge” (AI chatbot) service to be launched

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) is pleased to announce that “e-Business Concierge” (AI chatbot) on the "Invest Tokyo" website will be released at 2pm JST, Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
“e-Business Concierge” is a chatbot for foreign companies and entrepreneurs who are considering business expansion into Tokyo. By entering and selecting questions in English, such as the content of support provided by TMG and the business and living environments in Tokyo, the AI chatbot will respond appropriately.
By taking advantage of the convenience of a chatbot that can be used to make inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on a computer or smartphone, we are increasing the recognition that Tokyo as a business city and encouraging foreign companies to enter into Tokyo market.

1. How to use

1. Activate the chatbot by clicking the icon displayed in the bottom right of the Invest Tokyo homepage.

2. When you select the category of a question you would like to ask or enter the question, the category or answer will be displayed.
