Telephone interpretation service introduced at Toei Subway and Nippori-Toneri Liner stations
Making stations more convenient and friendly for non-Japanese speakers
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Bureau of Transportation has started to use a telephone interpretation service to provide its non-Japanese-speaking customers with more comfortable and convenient transportation. Details of the service are as follows.

Stations covered by the service
All Toei Subway stations excluding Oshiage, Meguro, Shirokanedai,Shirokane-takanawa, and Shinjuku.
Nippori and Nishi-Nippori stations of Nippori-Toneri Liner
*The service is provided at the stationmaster’s office. Please ask any station attendant for assistance.
