The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the City of London Corporation co-hosted the Tokyo-London Financial Seminar 2026 at Ironmongers' Hall in London. 

The seminar focused on unlocking avenues to scaled two-way FPS trade and investment between the UK and Japan, through a transparent discussion of market access realities and exploration of complementary reforms. It also offered a networking opportunity for financial professionals and investors, promoting the growth of both cities as international financial centers through collaboration and idea exchange.
