SaLaD Spring Concert: Yagai de Orchestra
On May 2, Governor Koike attended the free SaLaD Spring Concert: Yagai de Orchestra (orchestra outdoors) held at Ueno Park’s Outdoor Stage in Taito Ward.
The concert was organized by the TOKYO MET SaLaD MUSIC FESTIVAL Executive Committee.
The governor said, “Until last year, this wonderful concert was held at Yaon, an open-air concert hall, in Hibiya Park. And this is the first time this concert has been held here in Ueno. The idea of holding this event is to enjoy orchestral music outdoors during this pleasant spring season. There will also be performances by children’s choirs and dance groups collaborating with the orchestra, so please enjoy this event.”
