Results of the Objective Evaluation of the Tokyo Sea Life Park Renewal Project

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Construction has selected a private enterprise to implement the Tokyo Sea Life Park （tentative name） Renewal Project （"the Project"） in accordance with the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative （"PFI Act"）, and hereby announces the objective evaluation results in accordance with the provisions of Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the same act.
