Results of the Objective Evaluation of the Tokyo Sea Life Park Renewal Project
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Construction has selected a private enterprise to implement the Tokyo Sea Life Park (tentative name) Renewal Project ("the Project") in accordance with the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative ("PFI Act"), and hereby announces the objective evaluation results in accordance with the provisions of Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the same act.
