National Champ Komae High Dance Team Pays Courtesy Call
On September 3, the freestyle team LO*A, from Tokyo Metropolitan Komae High School’s dance club, paid a courtesy call to Governor Koike. The team shared their joy of becoming the champion at the All-Japan High School Street Dance Climax 2025 Final, held at Asue Arena Osaka on August 23.
The governor stated, “Congratulations on winning the All-Japan High School Street Dance Climax 2025. I believe you truly earned this national championship through teamwork, beautiful dancing, and technique. I hope you will also continue to strive in your studies and let the joy and memories of creating something together serve as a valuable experience for the next stage of your lives.”
