Conclusion of the Tokyo Sea Life Park Renewal Project Contract
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Construction has conducted general competitive bidding for the Tokyo Sea Life Park (tentative name) Renewal Project (hereinafter "the Project") and selected INOCHI Group (represented by NEC Capital Solutions Limited) as the awardee in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative (Act No. 117 of 1999).
The Bureau of Construction hereby announces that it has signed a project contract with the special purpose company established by the representative company and seven member companies.

From the day following the date of conclusion of the project contract to March 31, 2048

(1)Development of a new aquarium on the current premises of Tokyo Sea Life Park
(2)Maintenance and restaurant operations for the new aquarium

JPY 43,144,386,762 (Tax included)
