Governor Koike honored with the Republic of Kosovo Presidential Medal “Saint Mother Teresa”
On Wednesday, October 23, Governor Koike attended the President of the Republic of Kosovo Presidential Medal Award Ceremony at Japan’s House of Representatives First Members’ Office Building.
Accepting her award, Governor Koike said, “It is a great honor to be presented with the ‘Saint Mother Teresa’ Medal. I am truly grateful to the President of Kosovo and the people of Kosovo. Helping each other in times of difficulty is the basic principle of support. I am proud to have been able to support Kosovo and Albania.”
