Office of the Governor for Policy Planning
The Office of the Governor for Policy Planning is responsible for the basic planning and overall coordination of the administrative and financial affairs of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the planning of important policy measures, planning and coordination of public relations, liaison and coordination with domestic and international media outlets, and administrative work related to the promotion of urban diplomacy.
