The Bureau of Citizens, Culture and Sports is responsible for policy measures to ensure that every citizen of Tokyo can demonstrate their abilities while leading a fulfilling life in full autonomy and independence, and that the citizens of Tokyo and the government can work together to build the Tokyo of tomorrow.
